After Hour Services and Phone Calls
Our office offers after-hour services. By calling (770)-710-0117 the on-call doctor will either answer or receive the voicemail. The doctor will then advise or contact you to determine the next step. (treating by phone, meeting you at the office, scheduling an appointment, etc.)
Nurses Voicemail/Medication Refill
Our nurses check their voicemail twice a day upon opening and after lunch. Messages left after 3 pm will be turned on the next business day.
Prescription refills will be called in daily. If an ADD/ADHD, depression, or anxiety medication refill is needed, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
Unscheduled Visits/Walk-Ins
Our schedule is not set for walk-in appointments. Please call ahead to establish an appointment time.
Late Arrivals
In order to provide you with prompt service and respect all our scheduled patients, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete any required paperwork, etc. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may still be seen as a work in an appointment or you may be asked to reschedule the appointment based on the appointments of the day.
No Shows
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel will be considered as NO SHOW. Patients who No-Show three (3) or more times in a 12 month period, may be dismissed from the practice thus they will be denied any future appointments. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at least a 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given, and a one (1) time exception may be granted.
